About the Role

As a Kitchen Porter at Wagamama, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient kitchen environment. Our kitchens are centered around fresh ingredients and made-to-order dishes, and you will be instrumental in supporting the chefs by ensuring cleanliness and organisation behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, ensuring it is always ready for service.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly to aid continuous food preparation.
• Restock cleaning materials and notify when supplies are running low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to protect yourself and your colleagues.
