Role Overview

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Lillie Langtry, a distinguished pub located in West Brompton known for its unique ambiance and quality offerings. This entry-level position requires no prior experience as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining a hygienic and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors to uphold high hygiene standards.
• Ensure all cleaning checklists are accurately maintained and signed off upon completion.
• Keep food storage areas clean and orderly.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils efficiently.
• Properly manage and dispose of kitchen waste from designated containers.
• Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, including cookers and grills.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling and chopping fruits and vegetables.
