Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh, part of The Unlimited Collection, is looking for a personable and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our team. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, this role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and assisting with the smooth running of kitchen operations to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated kitchen areas using proper cleaning materials to uphold high standards.
• Deliver excellent service demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of hotel products and facilities.
• Assist with preparation and planning to ensure timely service readiness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to contribute to memorable guest experiences.
