Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Porter to be a vital part of our team at the Killarney Plaza Hotel. The position entails working five days out of seven each week and demands adaptability to varying shifts including weekends.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Strictly follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines to ensure compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment.
• Possesses adequate proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Flexible team player willing to work varied shifts including weekends.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland.
