About the Role
Become a vital part of the kitchen team as a Kitchen Porter at Carluccio's in Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are dedicated to authentic Italian cuisine and believe every exceptional dish begins in a spotless, well-organised kitchen. You’ll play an essential supporting role, helping maintain cleanliness and assisting the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and sanitising all work surfaces.
- Support chefs and kitchen team with basic food prep and assist in organising deliveries and storage.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling appropriately to keep kitchen tidy and safe.
- Organise and restock ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen ready for service.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols ensuring a safe environment within the kitchen.
