Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview

CV Technical LTD is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing company based in Leicester, Leicestershire. This is a part-time position with a work schedule of 39 hours per week during daytime hours. The role features flexible hours tailored around 9am to 3pm.

Key Duties

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance activities on machinery and equipment across the facility.
• Diagnose equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs promptly.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and enhancing equipment reliability.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain safety standards by ensuring all equipment remains safe, reliable, and fully functional.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Multi Skilled Engineer in similar roles.
• Strong expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance disciplines.
• Prior work experience within manufacturing or engineering environments is preferred.
• Capability to handle both scheduled (planned) and unscheduled (reactive) maintenance activities.
• Exceptional fault finding skills with the ability to work autonomously.
