Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen remains orderly, clean, and operational.
• Thoroughly wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils.
• Assist chefs with simple food preparation tasks when necessary.
• Uphold hygiene, health and safety, and food safety protocols consistently.
• Help manage deliveries, handle waste disposal, and organize stock effectively.
• Contribute as an essential team member in a fast-moving professional kitchen environment.

Candidate Profile

• Exhibit a positive disposition, proactive approach, and strong dedication to work.
• Take pride in maintaining high cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Collaborate well within a team, especially under busy kitchen conditions.
• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a kitchen porter is beneficial but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
