About the Role

You'll support the team by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, helping with food preparation, and ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness by washing and sanitizing all meal preparation areas, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
• Unload deliveries of food and kitchen equipment, ensuring proper storage.
• Keep work surfaces, floors, walls, freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas tidy and sanitized.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep tasks like peeling and washing ingredients.

Additional Information

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to late-night weekend shifts.
