As a Kitchen Porter, you are essential to our kitchen's operation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning that allows chefs to concentrate on creating bold flavors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen environment ready for service
  • Cleaning pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to support ongoing food preparation
  • Ensuring cleaning supplies are replenished and alerting management when stocks are low
  • Assisting occasionally with simple food preparation tasks as needed
  • Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations to protect both yourself and your colleagues
