Role Overview

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment for both guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of kitchen surfaces and floors to high standards.
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are maintained, completed, and signed off.
• Keep food storage areas clean and hygienic.
• Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils efficiently.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly by removing it from waste containers.
• Clean and upkeep cooking equipment including cookers and grills.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation such as peeling and cutting fruits and vegetables.
