Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing all meal preparation areas, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
• Receiving and storing food and equipment deliveries properly.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work surfaces, floors, and walls.
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation such as peeling and washing ingredients.
• Keeping freezers, refrigerators, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and orderly.
