Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter at Zizzi, you will maintain a clean and organized kitchen space that allows chefs to excel. This role requires someone energetic who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that cleanliness is fundamental to quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash plates, cutlery, and kitchen tools to support high-volume service periods.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to stringent hygiene protocols.
- Support the kitchen staff with basic food preparation and ensure all tools and equipment are clean and ready.
- Adhere to safety guidelines to promote an organized and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist colleagues as needed to keep the restaurant operations running smoothly.

Compensation
The position offers up to £12.71 per hour plus tronc and additional benefits.
