Role Overview

At wagamama, food is central to everything we do, with a focus on fresh ingredients and made-to-order dishes. As a Kitchen Porter, you will be essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and smoothly operating kitchen, supporting the cooking team to deliver bold flavors consistently.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure the area is always prepared for service.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to keep chefs equipped for food preparation.
• Replenish cleaning materials and notify management when supplies run low.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies to protect yourself and your colleagues.
