Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the kitchen in a spotless and orderly condition, ready for daily service.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to support ongoing cooking operations.
• Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and communicate when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines to protect yourself and the team.
