As a kitchen porter, you are essential in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth kitchen operations, enabling our chefs to focus on cooking flavorful meals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen remains spotless and prepared for service at all times.
• Clean pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly to support continuous cooking.
• Manage and replenish cleaning supplies, alerting management when stock is low.
• Assist the kitchen team with simple food preparation tasks when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for yourself and colleagues.
