Key Responsibilities

• Support smooth kitchen operations in collaboration with chefs and service staff.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks aligned with established cleaning schedules.
• Wash and manage pots, pans, and kitchen utensils efficiently.
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals following instructions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards per HACCP guidelines and health regulations.
• Promptly inform management of incidents, complaints, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Arrive punctually and dressed in full uniform.
• Exhibit professionalism in interactions with colleagues across departments.
• Undertake additional duties assigned by on-duty chefs.
• Keep personal workspace and kitchen areas tidy at all times.
• Communicate anticipated shortages of cleaning supplies to relevant kitchen leaders.
• Treat all colleagues fairly and courteously.
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation standards as instructed.
• Ensure proper sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are upheld.
• Unload deliveries and food stock as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness in store rooms and walk-in refrigerators.
• Assist with cleaning designated back-of-house areas as requested.
