Kitchen Helper

Overview

This full-time role as a Kitchen Helper at Burger King in Victoria, British Columbia, entails supporting kitchen operations and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within the kitchen environment. No prior formal education or experience is required, as training will be provided.

Primary Duties

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
• Receive deliveries, unpack supplies, and properly organize goods in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage units.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and rubbish appropriately to maintain a clean work area.
• Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
• Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.

Employment Terms

• Permanent employment status.
• Work schedule comprises 40 hours weekly with flexible hours offered.
