Job Overview

This position is for a Kitchen Helper working on-site in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after customer use.
• Maintain accurate records of food quantities utilized.
• Package food orders for take-out customers.
• Portion and wrap food items appropriately.
• Safely handle and store cleaning products used in the kitchen.
• Receive deliveries and unpack supplies, storing them correctly in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated areas.
• Remove garbage and trash from the kitchen area to maintain cleanliness.
• Sharpen kitchen knives to ensure safe and efficient food preparation.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to uphold hygiene standards.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed for food preparation.

Requirements and Qualifications

No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required. Experience in a similar role is considered an advantage but not mandatory. Fluency in English is required.
