Kitchen Helper

Job Summary

This is a permanent position located in Pickering, Ontario at Baba Jon Pizza. The work language is English and involves 35 hours per week.

Primary Duties

• Clean and sanitize dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
• Clear and disinfect tables, trays, and chairs.
• Organize dishes in storage areas.
• Prepare, heat, and finish basic food items.
• Sanitize the kitchen workspace including surfaces, cupboards, storage, appliances, and equipment.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated storage places.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash promptly.
• Perform floor maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.

Experience and Education

No specific degree, certificate, or diploma required. Experience between 1 to less than 7 months in a related field is preferred.
