Overview
We are seeking a diligent Kitchen Hand to join our team in Doncaster, Victoria. The ideal candidate will uphold the kitchen's cleanliness, assist with inventory tasks, and support culinary staff as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean kitchen equipment, including general kitchen areas, dishware, show kitchen, and banquet kitchen.
- Consistently maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
- Assist with receiving goods and appropriately storing deliveries.
- If time allows, support basic food preparation tasks.
- Help with unloading deliveries and oversee stock rotation processes.
- Handle disposal of waste and recycling, ensuring cleanliness is maintained.
- Provide general assistance to chefs and kitchen staff when requested.
