Position Summary

The Kitchen Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily kitchen functions, ensuring cleanliness, adherence to food safety standards, assisting with basic meal preparation, and maintaining overall quality. Occasional duties include packing and dispatching food when necessary.

Working Hours and Shifts

• Store operates from 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM.
• Break shift split into morning (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and evening (7:00 PM to 12:00 AM).
• Standard shift length is 10 hours.
• Working flexibility for break shifts is required.

Key Duties

• Uphold kitchen hygiene and comply with food safety protocols.
• Prepare mise-en-place and verify ingredient quality before cooking.
• Assist in cooking and assembling meals adhering to company standards.
• Support packing and dispatch operations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of personal workstations.

Candidate Qualifications and Attributes

• At least a High School education (10th grade) with familiarity in food preparation and cutting techniques.
• Physically able to manage the demands of a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Exhibits good personal hygiene, punctuality, professionalism (clean-shaven), discipline, and eagerness to learn.
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions effectively.

Additional Information

• One meal per shift (rice plus Indian curry) is provided; employees working break shifts receive two meals per day.
