Job Summary

The Team Member will perform daily kitchen duties with accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities include mise-en-place, food preparation, and adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols. The role demands maintaining an organized and clean workstation and upholding high-quality standards for food and kitchen discipline. Shift workers receive one meal per shift (Rice + Indian Curry), and employees on break shifts receive two meals.

Working Hours and Shifts

• Store hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 AM
• Break shifts (2 parts): Morning 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Evening 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Typical shift length: 10 hours

Responsibilities

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Carry out mise-en-place preparation ensuring quality prior to cooking.
• Assist with cooking and assembling meals according to defined standards.
• Help with packing and dispatch duties as required.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum education of high school (10th standard) plus at least 12 months experience in a similar kitchen environment.
• Physically capable to work efficiently in a demanding kitchen setting.
• Strict attention to hygiene and discipline; punctuality and a clean-shaven appearance are necessary.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility to work break shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a team.
