About the Role

As a Kitchen Assistant at the Golden Retriever, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your role will involve prepping the kitchen before shifts, maintaining cleanliness during busy periods, and assisting chefs to deliver meals that meet high standards.

You will be joining Vintage Inns, a group of welcoming rural pubs known for their cozy ambience, traditional dishes, and roaring log fires. This is an opportunity to become part of a friendly community dedicated to excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the kitchen at the start of each day.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and tidiness throughout shifts, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with chefs and other team members to support food service.
