Kindergarten Teacher

Role Overview

This full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Kindergarten Teacher who will develop and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aimed at fostering early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills in young children. The teacher will organize both structured and play-based activities, prepare educational materials daily, and oversee student progress within a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lessons tailored to meet age-appropriate developmental milestones.
• Prepare engaging classroom materials and resources to support learning.
• Facilitate both structured and interactive play activities.
• Observe and assess children's progress regularly.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Support and engage in school events and uphold school policies.
• Promote a positive and nurturing learning culture for all students.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in teaching and early childhood education.
• Proficient in lesson planning and creating engaging, age-suitable activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage children, parents, and colleagues empathetically.
• Experience in classroom management and child behavior guidance.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related discipline.
• Relevant teaching certifications or licenses and knowledge of early years curricula are advantageous.
• Ability to cultivate an inclusive, culturally aware learning environment and work within diverse communities.
• Organized, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous professional improvement.
