Key Responsibilities

• Create a culture focused on customer service and sales, aiming to exceed expectations and foster enduring client relationships.
• Become thoroughly knowledgeable about product categories to effectively communicate features and benefits to shoppers.
• Meet and track measurable targets such as units per transaction, average transaction value, item add-ons, and capturing customer information.
• Stay current with merchandise promotions and advertising campaigns to inform and engage customers.
• Uphold merchandising standards by supporting floor moves, display upkeep, sales setups, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Assist in merchandise processing and ensure floor stock is well-monitored and replenished as needed.
• Accurately handle sales transactions with responsibility for cash and POS register accountability.
• Proactively seek opportunities for skill development and improved performance indicators by working closely with store leaders.
• Complete all opening and closing store procedures in accordance with company policies, including time and attendance regulations.
• Follow and enforce all relevant laws as well as company policies and procedures.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
• Maintain high standards of work quality, attendance, and personal appearance.
