Key Holder

Position Overview

The Key Holder plays a pivotal role in leading the team to achieve or surpass profitability goals, supports staff training and development, models exemplary behavior on the sales floor, and ensures store standards are upheld both on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the management team in surpassing store sales and profitability targets.
• Help achieve all key performance indicators set for the store.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by delivering a welcoming atmosphere, including greeting customers as they enter.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, promotions, cleanliness, and organization for both the sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate effectively with all team members, providing regular coaching.
• Maintain strong product knowledge.
• Meet individual sales objectives.
• Collaborate successfully with colleagues across the company.
• Handle opening and closing duties of the store as necessary.

Additional Duties

• Attend all store meetings and participate in related events.
• Perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks when required.
• Be open to traveling and working at different store locations when needed.
• Maintain all job-related standards and comply with current company policies.
• Undertake other responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
• Work extra hours as job requirements demand.
• Follow proper procedures regarding the use and care of equipment and materials the role is responsible for.
