Job Responsibilities
- Conduct technical evaluations of incoming tender documents.
- Prepare offers and calculate supplementary costs.
- Participate in procurement negotiations.
- Review contracts thoroughly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences or university in civil engineering, business mathematics, business administration, or equivalent training as a master craftsman or building technician.
- Experience in the construction sector is advantageous, but motivated newcomers are also welcome.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- High commitment, flexibility, self-responsibility, and ability to work well in a team.
