Role Overview
We are seeking a Construction Cost Estimator for the road and civil engineering as well as bridge and structural engineering divisions. The successful candidate will manage projects independently, ensuring financial and technical accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently managing construction projects to completion.
- Handling billing and cost control related to change management.
- Technically reviewing incoming tenders.
- Preparing offers and calculating supplementary claims.
- Participating in procurement negotiations.
- Reviewing contracts for compliance and accuracy.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Completed higher education in a technical discipline from a university or technical college.
- Professional experience is advantageous, but motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with relevant guidelines, standards, and regulations.
- Commitment, flexibility, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good spelling abilities.
- Polished interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Confidentiality and discretion in professional conduct.
