Position Summary

We are looking for a quick-thinking, trend-conscious Junior Video Editor to join our team in Thane, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will specialize in crafting attention-grabbing video content tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and client marketing materials. This role involves editing vibrant reels, architectural showcase films, and promotional videos that align with contemporary digital storytelling trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and compile raw footage into polished, energetic videos suitable for Instagram Reels, YouTube content, client showcases, and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest social media video trends, pacing techniques, and audio selections to engage modern online audiences effectively.
• Create captivating motion graphics, animated text, and smooth transitions to enhance viewer retention and video appeal.
• Apply basic color correction, sound design, audio synchronization, and mixing to deliver professional-level broadcast quality videos.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to transform raw 3D renderings and filmed footage into compelling promotional content optimized for virality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential; familiarity with other editing tools such as CapCut or DaVinci Resolve is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently handle fast-paced workloads and tight deadlines without compromising on video quality.
• Keen understanding of current digital editing aesthetics, pacing, and visual elements that succeed on social media platforms.
• A portfolio featuring short-form videos highlighting editing ability, motion graphics expertise, and dynamic pacing is mandatory.

Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000
