Zuma is a contemporary Japanese dining concept inspired by Izakaya style, operating globally with key locations in the Middle East including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Keep mise en place consistently stocked to guarantee uninterrupted food preparation and delivery during service.
• Maintain control over food quality, appearance, flavor, and uniformity.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to uphold Zuma's quality benchmarks.
• Continuously pursue and maintain exceptional service quality and consistent guest experiences.
• Assess customer feedback, introduce service enhancements, and ensure consistent hospitality excellence.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate dishes using seasonal ingredients and unique culinary ideas.

Candidate Profile

• Deep passion for culinary arts and a specific interest in Japanese cuisine.
• Proven track record as a Junior Sous Chef in a luxury high-volume restaurant environment.
• Strong team player, comfortable operating within a sizable kitchen team.
• Friendly and customer-focused, skilled at crafting unforgettable dining moments.
