Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing contemporary frontend and backend frameworks.
• Create responsive user interfaces employing React.js, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop RESTful API endpoints and backend services using Python technologies.
• Architect, develop, and tune databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB for optimal performance.
• Implement AI-driven functionalities leveraging Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems into core applications.
• Produce clean, maintainable code following software engineering best practices with comprehensive documentation.
• Troubleshoot software issues and engage in performance enhancement efforts.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, design, quality assurance, and senior developers.
• Participate actively in Agile processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously update skills by learning recent advancements in software engineering, AI frameworks, and related technologies.

Required Technical Skills

• Proficient in frontend development using React.js, with familiarity or exposure to Angular or Vue.js considered beneficial.
• Strong backend programming skills in Python, particularly with Django and FastAPI frameworks.
• Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including MySQL.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and engage collaboratively within the development team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity or experience with Next.js framework.
• Knowledge of FastAPI for backend services.
• Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
• Exposure to LangChain or LlamaIndex technologies.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Basic skills in containerization with Docker.
• Working knowledge of Linux operating system.
• Implementation experience with JWT Authentication.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
