Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in Hyderabad to lead and influence the visual representation of our brand. This role combines leadership, advanced graphic and video design skills, and a collaborative spirit to manage multiple projects, uphold design standards, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale design projects from initial concept through completion, ensuring brand alignment and business goal fulfillment.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs including print, digital media, and social platforms.
• Provide creative direction and strategic input for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and content teams to develop engaging designs that bolster user experience and support strategic objectives.
• Create high-quality graphics such as digital advertisements, website visuals, email templates, brochures, social media content, and product packaging.
• Optimize design workflows and processes to ensure timely, efficient, and quality delivery of assets, including file organization and management best practices.
• Review design work from junior designers, giving constructive feedback to maintain high standards across all materials.
• Stay current with emerging design trends and technologies, integrating innovative ideas into team practices.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders when required to understand their visual communication needs and deliver creative solutions accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of two years' professional experience in graphic design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects; knowledge of UX/UI concepts is advantageous.
• Experience in leading design teams, offering creative leadership, and mentoring less experienced designers.
• Possession of a strong, diverse portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and print designs that demonstrate innovation, strategic insight, and technical skill.
• Excellent communication abilities for presenting design ideas to executives and clients.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and precision.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, capable of overseeing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving approach to design challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities.

Tools used or relevant include Blender, video editing software, design applications such as Canva and After Effects, and digital communication platforms.
