Role Summary

We are seeking two Junior Software Developers to engage directly with live products and internal business software utilized by operational companies. Rather than handling minor bug fixes in an extensive codebase, you will experience the entire software lifecycle — from understanding the business challenge to designing, implementing, deploying, and monitoring how the solution performs.

Current Projects

• Forge platform: software for quoting, CRM, product data, and project management targeting retailers and showrooms
• Custom internal business applications for order management, procurement, operations, and analytics
• AI agents that integrate with real company workflows and tools
• Extensive product and catalog data management systems
• E-commerce and workflow automation solutions
• Development of new internal tools and SaaS products

Key Responsibilities

• Create and enhance React-based web interfaces
• Build backend APIs and business rules
• Work extensively with databases and sizable datasets
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems
• Develop automation scripts and AI-driven workflows
• Test, debug, and optimize existing software applications
• Collaborate directly with the company's founder to translate business needs into functioning software
• Leverage AI development tools for rapid and efficient coding while maintaining code understanding
