Junior Site Engineer

Role Overview

We seek a committed Junior Site Engineer responsible for overseeing construction site activities, ensuring projects finish within scheduled timelines, and adhering to quality standards. This role demands a strong technical foundation, problem resolution capabilities, and effective client coordination skills.

Key Duties

• Supervise all site operations and monitor work progress to guarantee on-time project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients and installation teams to align project execution with requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Perform periodic site inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Track material consumption and manage site inventory.
• Provide regular progress reports on ongoing work.

Candidate Profile

• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Open to freshers eager to learn or candidates with up to 6 months experience in infrastructure or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation is advantageous.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Competent in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Adherence to dress code featuring formal attire, shoes, a tidy appearance, and a neat haircut is mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹16,000.
