With rising demand for our trading software, development programs, and AI-driven solutions, we are expanding our team by hiring Junior Sales Traders. Our firm also hosts Melbourne's internationally recognized Algo Trading Conference.
Position Overview
This entry-level position is ideal for motivated candidates aiming to establish a career in the financial services sector. The role offers structured training, mentoring, and clear progression milestones toward becoming a Senior Sales Trader.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing client inquiries.
- Engage with potential clients to collect essential information and accurately update the CRM system.
- Refer qualified leads to Senior Sales Traders for further engagement.
- Provide support after sales including account setup, Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance, and facilitating deposits.
- Maintain and organize prospect lists to ensure comprehensive follow-up on leads.

- Effective and confident communicators capable of handling a high call volume.
- Resilient to work in a fast-paced call environment.
- Genuine enthusiasm for trading, finance, or financial service industries.
