About the Role
Fruition Group Ireland, an established leader in IT recruitment based in Bray, County Wicklow, is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. Since 1999, the company has partnered with major blue-chip clients across diverse sectors in Ireland. This role is ideal for candidates interested in recruitment, particularly those with a background in recruitment or human resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and screen potential candidates to align with client requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through various channels including business relations, direct recruitment, databases, advertising, and networking to build strong relationships.
- Work alongside a senior IT recruiter with two decades of experience to gain industry insights and best practices.
Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years of recruitment experience, either in talent acquisition or agency environment, or experience in office, administration, or sales roles.
- Previous exposure to candidate resourcing or recruitment processes is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a professional phone manner.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team setting.
- A proactive attitude committed to upholding the company's reputation by delivering effective recruitment solutions.
