Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture talent networks and candidate communities across Australia's technology sector.
• Assist in sourcing technology professionals through market research, networking, and industry mapping.
• Engage candidates proactively by conducting outreach and initial screening discussions.
• Create and maintain talent pipelines and ecosystems to support recruiting needs.
• Develop and sustain relationships with both active and passive candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and market insights.
• Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to meet business objectives.
• Continuously broaden understanding of technology markets, specific skills, and industry developments.
