Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Production Operator for our Tuakau facility, offering a perfect entry point for individuals passionate about practical tasks and aspiring to build a durable career in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in production and packaging operations.
- Support the operation of machinery and manage material handling.
- Carry out fundamental quality assessments.
- Keep accurate records of production data.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the workplace.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit a positive mindset and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Possess strong communication abilities and work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic reading, writing, and arithmetic.
- Maintain physical stamina capable of lifting weights up to 20 kilograms.
- Previous manufacturing experience is not necessary but laboring experience is advantageous.
