About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior HR Specialist to join our HR team based in Riyadh. This role involves supporting daily HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle. It is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to acquire practical experience, build robust HR knowledge, and advance within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with daily HR operations and employee-related tasks.
- Accurately and confidentially maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and other lifecycle processes.
- Help prepare and manage HR reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and collaborate with relevant internal departments when necessary.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR projects.
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents, letters, forms, and other requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Support HR system management and maintain accurate employee data.
- Handle confidential employee information professionally and discreetly.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Basic understanding of HR functions, policies, and the employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR systems is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive approach, willingness to learn, take responsibility, and build a career in HR.
- Must be located in Riyadh or willing to relocate there.
Preferred Skills
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in HR.
- Basic knowledge of Saudi Arabian HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
- Experience using HR systems or employee databases.
- Strong Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, service-oriented, and proactive mindset.
