Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior HR Operations Executive to handle daily HR functions, employee coordination, documentation, and recruitment activities. This position is ideal for an organized and proactive candidate interested in building a career across various areas of HR Operations and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine HR operations and activities related to employee lifecycle.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for newcomers.
- Coordinate with candidates and staff regarding necessary documentation and information.
- Support recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
- Keep accurate recruitment and employee tracking records.
- Assist in the preparation of HR correspondence, reports, and letters.
- Liaise with internal teams for employee-related requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee and company information.
- Handle attendance, leave, and other routine HR administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Provide administrative assistance for HR policies, processes, and audits.
- Perform additional HR operation-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field.
- Experience ranging from freshers to 2 years in HR or HR operations; relevant internships can be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of maintaining precise records and trackers.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with responsibility.
- Positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Preferred but Not Mandatory
- Experience or exposure to HRMS/HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
- Prior internships or experience within HR operations or recruitment.
- Basic knowledge of employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience coordinating interviews and employee onboarding.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and reporting activities.
Additional Information
- Experience of 3–4 years in HR operations specifically in IT or SAP environments is preferred.
- Exposure to payroll, HRMS software, and compliance areas is advantageous.
