Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior General Ledger Accountant to join our finance team to develop skills, acquire practical experience, and aid in the organization’s financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing, addressing related queries promptly.
- Maintain precise financial records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts ensuring data accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative assistance to the finance team as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of tertiary qualifications in Accounting and Finance.
- Experience with accounts receivable/payable or general ledger accounting is highly valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
