As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service, stepping in during busy periods, and supporting your team to deliver a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with management to operate a high-energy and successful restaurant environment.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where team members feel valued and proud to contribute.
- Mentor and develop team members to help them reach their potential.
- Engage directly with service areas, resolve issues promptly, and maintain efficient operations.
- Adopt a continuous improvement mindset (Kaizen) to identify and implement enhancements.
