About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to join a vibrant team focused on commercial renovation projects, predominantly within the hospitality sector. This position plays a key role in assisting business development by generating precise estimates for hotel and office remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive in client engagement and lead follow-ups, helping drive company growth. The role is onsite, encouraging close collaboration and enhanced team synergy.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive cost estimates for commercial renovation initiatives.
• Contribute to business development efforts aimed at acquiring new contracts.
• Work closely with team members to verify estimate accuracy.
• Maintain active communication with clients to build lasting relationships and secure ongoing business.
• Assist project management by supplying necessary estimates and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience estimating in Drywall and Metal Framing within commercial projects.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
• Profit-sharing opportunities included.
