About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Engineer specialized in Wind Operation & Maintenance to join our team at the Nirlotti Site in Karnataka. The role involves contributing to the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of wind turbine generators (WTGs). You'll address breakdowns promptly and collaborate with the preventive maintenance (PM) team to ensure scheduled maintenance is performed. Reporting to the site in charge, you will handle 24/7 operations of WTGs, including preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance tasks, while also managing related site activities such as safety protocols, documentation, and material handling. Experience with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) turbine technology is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate WTGs and associated wind farm components online.
- Perform breakdown maintenance actions, documenting and maintaining service reports.
- Conduct monthly inspections of external electrical wind farm components.
- Record daily production data—by machines and EB meters—and maintain logs.
- Enter productivity and service data regularly into SAP/DGR portals.
- Carry out electrical retrofits and update hardware and software as needed.
- Support special measurement activities, including blade angle calibration, major breakdowns, and OEM cooperation.

Educational & Eligibility Criteria
