Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to join our expanding CRO team. This role involves managing the entire experimentation cycle to improve customer experience and business outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and eCommerce to implement and analyze A/B tests, extract insights, and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose and rank A/B test ideas grounded in customer insights, analytics, and strategic goals.
  • Formulate clear hypotheses and detailed experiment plans.
  • Set up, quality-check, launch, and supervise A/B tests on the company's experimentation platform.
  • Analyze experiment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Perform deep data analysis to understand customer behavior and identify optimization prospects.
  • Refine previous experiment learnings to consistently better the user journey and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, UX, Design, Engineering, and eCommerce teams to prioritize and deliver experiments.
  • Communicate experiment outcomes and proposals to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain precise documentation of experiments, intel, and best practices.
  • Support cultivating a strong culture of experimentation throughout the organization.

Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, digital optimization, web analytics, UX, or associated areas.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the CRO process, including opportunity identification, result evaluation, and recommendation sharing.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics (GA4) or equivalent analytics tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms such as AB Tasty, VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, or Dynamic Yield.
  • Skilled in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to develop viable test hypotheses.
  • Competent in documenting test plans, hypotheses, and success measures clearly.
  • Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and communication, confident in presenting findings.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to comprehend implementation limitations.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-disciplinary teams including designers, developers, and product owners.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional languages considered advantageous.

Additional Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with UX concepts and customer journey mapping.
  • Knowledge of tools for heatmapping, session recordings, and user research such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Contentsquare.
  • Ability to prioritize experiments using frameworks like ICE, PIE, or RICE.
