Role Overview
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role supporting the introduction of new products worldwide by ensuring all communications and assets are executed accurately and on schedule. You'll be responsible for maintaining essential product documentation, monitoring launch preparations, and managing performance dashboards that consolidate information to offer valuable insights. Additionally, you will oversee portfolio libraries, guarantee packaging and claims meet compliance standards, and prepare detailed monthly performance reports for senior leadership. You will become an expert user of the company's Project Management Software, contribute to updating SOPs, and participate in global meetings spanning multiple time zones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in product marketing or management.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, project management platforms (preferably Smartsheet), and analytics software.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail, interpersonal aptitude, and capability to manage shifting priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from €48,000 to €55,000 based on experience.
- Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
