We are seeking a motivated Junior Bartender to join our Abu Dhabi venue, someone who is enthusiastic about hospitality, delivering excellent guest experiences, and growing their bartending career.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Provide attentive service to guests and engage actively to enhance their experience.
• Recommend and upsell beverages appropriately, utilizing knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Exhibit a strong guest-focused mindset and contribute positively to the team environment.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in a customer-facing role within a luxury or upscale hospitality setting.
• Basic understanding of cocktail making and spirits.
• Strong interpersonal selling skills with fluency in English.
• Language fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish is highly desirable.
• Passion for bartending with a desire to advance within an international luxury brand.
• Positive attitude and ambition to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
