Junior Barista

Overview

We invite passionate individuals to join our team as Junior Baristas. This role is perfect for those enthusiastic about coffee and dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences. You will contribute to beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a friendly environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks following the company's quality guidelines.
• Welcome customers warmly and accurately process their beverage orders.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and related equipment with care and safety.
• Keep the café workspace, seating, and overall environment clean and orderly.
• Restock supplies regularly and assist with managing inventory.
• Address customer questions and resolve minor issues courteously and professionally.
• Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Support senior baristas and colleagues, especially during peak times.
• Help with opening and closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a beneficial but not mandatory asset.
• Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn coffee-making and café operations are required.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration between 23000 and 26000 INR.
