Job Overview
As a Junior Auditor in Revision, you will travel across Lidl's stores and warehouse locations throughout Germany to review the execution of business processes. Your contribution ensures smooth operations and optimal shopping experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan, execute, coordinate, and support internal audit activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on audit findings.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within store and warehouse work processes.
- Serve as a communication link between sales/logistics teams and the central administration.
- Commit to extensive travel throughout Germany, up to five days per week.
Candidate Profile
- Willingness to travel nationwide with a valid driver's license class B.
- Previous experience in sales or logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication skills coupled with high empathy.
- Excellent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Successfully completed academic degree.
