Lionflence is a young company specializing in online marketing and management, with main offices in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Berlin since August 2022. The firm supports brand development and creates its own software systems. It offers clients a comprehensive 360° marketing service beyond standard agency offerings, emphasizing flat hierarchies and a dynamic team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating internal talents within the company.
- Support efforts to find new cooperation partners, prepare new offers, and handle incoming inquiries.
- Develop negotiating abilities related to contracts and pricing discussions with partners and service providers.
- Contribute to creating concepts and content formats for talents, helping bring these ideas to life.
- Act as a liaison between talents and partners, organizing their deployment and ensuring their well-being.
- Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future projects including formats and shows.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, ideally within digital, social media, or PR agencies.
- A strong interest and sensibility to current digital and consumer trends.
- Proficiency with common social media platforms and online communities.
- Preferably experience in conceptualizing and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
- High creativity and motivation.
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
